Win10 Can't Connect to WiFi after December 2016 Update

This is a common problem with the latest Windows 10 update and it does appear the only OS affected is Win10. Thank you Microsoft.

  1. Open Command Prompt and AS ADMINISTRATOR. (R-click on cmd.exe and choose "Run as Administrator")
  2. Type the below commands one at a time and hit enter:
    • netsh winsock reset catalog
    • netsh int ip reset reset.log hit
  3. Restart the system and check connectivity
